Permanent roles are salaried positions with one employer. Contract and freelance roles are fixed-term or day-rate engagements – often quicker to start and more flexible. We recruit for both, and your consultant can help you decide what suits you.
We’ll handle the negotiation on your behalf to make sure the package is right, and support you through resignation, notice period and your first weeks in the new role.
Yes. Your consultant will brief you before every interview – on the company, the people you’ll meet, and what they’re looking for – and gather feedback for you afterwards. Of course, it’s down to you to get the job, but we’ll do our best to guide you where we can!
It varies by role and client, but most placements move from application to offer within two to four weeks. Contract roles often move faster. Your consultant will keep you updated at every stage.
A consultant will review your application, and if you’re a potential fit, they’ll arrange a call to learn about your experience and what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll put you forward for suitable roles – with your approval.
