The Company
My client operates one of the fastest-scaling retail media networks in North America, helping the world’s biggest CPG and grocery brands reach shoppers at the digital point of sale. Retail media is the fastest-growing channel in advertising, and they are right at the centre of it.
Their San Francisco team works with West Coast brands and agencies, and they are hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will be:
Managing a book of CPG brand and agency accounts across the retail media network
Planning on-site sponsored product, off-site programmatic and in-store digital campaigns
Using first-party purchase data to build audience and measurement strategies
Reporting on ROAS, incrementality and share of voice, and turning insight into next steps
Running joint business planning sessions with senior client stakeholders
Driving adoption of new ad formats and self-serve platform features
You
2+ years in account management across retail media, shopper marketing or programmatic
Familiarity with retail media networks, sponsored products or trade marketing
Data-driven, comfortable with ROAS, incrementality and closed-loop measurement
Strong relationship builder with excellent presentation skills
Commercially minded and motivated by growing a book of business
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
