The Company
My client is a programmatic technology vendor whose platform helps agencies and brands plan, activate and measure campaigns across the open web. Their Boston office houses product, engineering and client services – and ad operations is the team that makes client campaigns actually work.
They are hiring an Ad Operations Executive to support a growing roster of agency clients.
The Role
As an Ad Operations Executive you will be:
Setting up and trafficking campaigns across DSPs, ad servers and the company’s own platform
Running pre-launch QA on creatives, pixels, PMP deals and tracking
Monitoring live delivery, pacing and performance, and resolving issues fast
Acting as the technical point of contact for agency traders and account managers
Building dashboards and reports that turn delivery data into insight
Documenting workflows and helping automate repetitive operational tasks
You
1-3 years in ad operations, ad trafficking or programmatic campaign management
Experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360) and/or Google Ad Manager
Technical mindset – comfortable with tags, pixels, PMPs and troubleshooting
Superb attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Collaborative, happy working across product, engineering and client teams
Excellent written and verbal communication
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
