My client is a CTV advertising technology company whose platform connects premium streaming publishers with brand advertisers. Their ad operations function is at the heart of delivery quality across millions of streamed impressions each month.
They are hiring an Ad Operations Manager to lead video campaign operations for their New York remote team.
The Role
As an Ad Operations Manager you will be:
Leading the trafficking and delivery of CTV and video campaigns across ad servers and SSPs
Managing VAST and VPAID QA processes and creative certification for streaming inventory
Monitoring campaign pacing, delivery and performance across live CTV campaigns
Working closely with publisher partners on technical integrations and testing
Resolving discrepancies between ad servers, SSPs and measurement vendors
Mentoring junior operations team members and improving delivery processes
Producing campaign delivery reporting and insights for commercial teams
You
4+ years in ad operations, with experience across video or CTV campaigns
Strong hands-on knowledge of video ad servers and VAST-based delivery
Familiarity with SSAI, programmatic video and streaming measurement
Confident troubleshooting tags, logs and delivery issues
Highly organised, detail-driven and calm under live-campaign pressure
Strong Excel and client communication skills
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
