The Company
My client is a premium digital publisher reaching tens of millions of readers every month across news, lifestyle and finance verticals. Their ad operations team is the engine room of a sophisticated monetisation stack spanning direct, programmatic guaranteed and open exchange.
They are hiring an Ad Operations Specialist into their New York team to own campaign delivery end to end.
The Role
As an Ad Operations Specialist you will be:
Trafficking direct and programmatic campaigns in Google Ad Manager 360 – line items, creatives, targeting and key-values
Managing header bidding wrappers (Prebid) and SSP relationships to maximise yield
Monitoring pacing, delivery and discrepancies, and troubleshooting in real time
QA-ing tags, VAST creatives and third-party pixels before launch
Producing delivery reports, screenshots and post-campaign analysis for sales and clients
Supporting the yield team on floor-price testing, ads.txt/sellers.json and inventory forecasting
You
2+ years in ad operations, trafficking or campaign management (publisher or agency)
Hands-on Google Ad Manager experience – GAM 360 a plus
Knowledge of header bidding, Prebid, SSPs and programmatic mechanics
Familiarity with VAST/VPAID, viewability and brand safety tools
Meticulous, calm under pressure and a natural problem solver
Strong Excel and communication skills
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
