The Company
My client is a retail media network helping brands win at the digital shelf. Their Boston trading team manages programmatic investment across onsite, offsite and CTV for some of the biggest names in consumer goods.
They are hiring a Programmatic Trader to run and optimise retail media campaigns for a portfolio of brand accounts.
The Role
As a Programmatic Trader you will be:
Planning, launching and optimising programmatic campaigns across retail media DSPs and open-web platforms
Managing budgets and pacing against sales, ROAS and share-of-voice goals
Partnering with shopper marketing and brand teams on seasonal and always-on strategies
Testing audiences, creative and inventory to improve performance week on week
Building reporting that connects media activity to retail outcomes
Staying close to retail media innovation across onsite, offsite and in-store digital
You
1-2+ years in programmatic trading, ideally with retail media exposure
Familiarity with retail media networks (e.g. Criteo, CitrusAd, or retailer DSPs)
Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel
Understanding of the path to purchase and shopper marketing
Detail-obsessed, proactive and excited by a fast-growing channel
Genuine passion for digital media and ad tech
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
