The Company
My client is a fast-growing ad tech company whose platform helps brands connect with audiences across premium digital inventory. Their Chicago sales organisation is expanding to capture growing demand.
They are hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in Chicago.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative you will be:
Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities across the ad tech space
Booking discovery meetings for Account Executives with brands and agencies
Researching target accounts and identifying key decision makers
Running outbound sequences across email, phone and social channels
Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM
Learning the ad tech landscape to speak credibly with prospects
Hitting and exceeding monthly meeting and pipeline targets
You
0-2 years in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally with an interest in ad tech
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Resilient, coachable and hungry to learn
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
A team player with a positive, energetic attitude
Passionate about digital advertising and starting a sales career
