🚨 Hiring: Sales Manager | AdTech / SaaS | Germany 🇩🇪
I’m working with a high-growth global technology business at the intersection of AI, digital advertising and data, and they’re looking for a Sales Manager to help grow their German market.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious outbound salesperson who wants to take ownership of the full sales cycle and build something in a growing commercial team.
What you’ll be doing:
🚀 Driving new business across the German market
📞 Owning outbound prospecting – cold calls, email and your own lead generation
💻 Selling an innovative self-serve digital advertising platform
🤝 Running client meetings and product demos
📈 Managing opportunities through to close and building your own pipeline
🌱 Joining a growing team with clear progression opportunities
What they’re looking for:
🔹 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales
🔹 Strong track record of hitting targets / winning new business
🔹 Comfortable prospecting, running demos and speaking with clients
🔹 Experience in AdTech, SaaS, Digital Media, Marketing or Ad Sales
🔹 SDR/BDR backgrounds welcome if you’re ready to move into a 360 sales role
🔹 Highly proactive, commercially driven and hungry to succeed
🔹 C1 German or above
