Sales Manager – Retail Media – £75k base + £75k comms + benefits
The Company
I’m working with a growing technology business operating within the retail media space, which is expanding its commercial team in London.
They are looking for an experienced sales professional to join the business and help drive continued growth across the UK market.
The Job
This is a commercially focused sales role with responsibility for developing new business, growing existing relationships and delivering revenue across the UK.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities with clients and brands directly, and respective agencies
- Managing and growing key client relationships
- Developing and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Identifying opportunities to grow client spend
- Working closely with internal teams to develop commercial opportunities
- Contributing to the wider sales strategy as the business continues to grow
- Supporting the development of the wider sales function
This is a hands-on sales role, suited to someone who enjoys winning business, building relationships and operating in a fast-moving environment.
You
I’m looking for someone with:
- Solid sales experience (at least 4+ years)
- A strong track record of delivering against revenue targets
- Direct experience within retail media, commerce media or a very closely related area of digital advertising
- An established network across the UK market and strong relationships with brands and/or agencies
- Experience winning new business and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to operate comfortably with senior stakeholders
The key requirement is strong retail media / commerce media experience combined with a proven sales track record.
