An exciting opportunity with a leading global entertainment and technology business is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

The Job
As the Sales Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end order management process from order receipt through to delivery and after-sales support.
- Processing and maintaining sales orders through SAP and EDI systems, ensuring accuracy across products, pricing and quantities.
- Acting as the primary contact for retailer and customer operational queries.
- Managing back orders, allocations and delivery schedules across multiple European markets.
- Coordinating closely with commercial, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Creating and managing outbound deliveries within SAP and liaising with warehouse partners.
- Investigating and resolving delivery issues, claims, disputes and inventory discrepancies.
- Supporting inventory management activities, including aged stock and obsolescence reviews.
- Producing regular operational reports and communicating key updates to stakeholders.
- Identifying process improvements to optimise ordering, fulfilment and customer service activities.
You
- Experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Strong SAP experience, ideally within a global or multinational business environment.
- Experience managing sales orders, fulfilment, inventory and operational processes.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- German language skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Process-driven with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
