$90-140K base | Double OTE | Uncapped commission

One of the most established identity data businesses in ad tech is launching a brand-new Media arm, and they’re building the sales team from the ground up.
About the company:
- Over 20 years of building a deterministic, consent-documented identity foundation at true U.S. scale
- Powers 200,000+ campaigns a year for leading agencies, brands, and platforms
- Active partnerships with two of the largest holding companies in the industry
- Over 150 people, self-funded and profitable, so you get the upside of a ground-floor build without the startup funding risk
- A newly appointed EVP is leading the build out of the Media side, and you’d be one of the founding sales hires
The role:
- Senior Account Executive, a true new business seat rather than an account management one
- Open and close agency and buyer relationships across independent, regional, and holding-company agencies
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proof-of-concept, proposal, and close
- Reports directly to the VP of Business Development
- Clear path to Sales Director as the team scales
You might be a fit if you have:
- 2 to 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience selling into agencies
- A background in programmatic, ad tech, or data/identity sales
- A hunter mentality and a track record of winning new logos, not managing an existing book
- The ambition to step up and grow into leadership
