The Company
My client is a global ad serving technology company whose infrastructure powers billions of ad decisions daily. Their New York product organisation is responsible for the next generation of ad serving capabilities.
They are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead their ad serving technology roadmap in New York.
The Role
As a Senior Product Manager you will be:
Owning the roadmap and prioritisation for ad serving technology products
Defining requirements for ad decisioning, creative serving and latency improvements
Partnering with engineering teams on architecture, delivery and release quality
Working with customer-facing teams on publisher and advertiser needs
Analysing serving performance data to drive optimisation opportunities
Leading discovery and delivery of new ad serving features end to end
Producing product documentation and supporting go-to-market activity
You
5+ years in product management, ideally within ad tech or a high-scale platform
Deep understanding of ad serving, programmatic delivery and creative workflows
Experience leading engineering partnerships in an agile environment
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large-scale performance data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a track record of shipping impactful products
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
