We’re partnering with a leading digital marketing agency to find a talented Senior SEO Manager to lead strategy and delivery across a portfolio of enterprise-level clients. The Opportunity
As Senior SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of SEO strategy and delivery for a major enterprise account, while playing a key role in developing client relationships and mentoring junior team members. You’ll work closely with specialists across Paid Media, Content, Analytics and Digital Strategy to deliver integrated search solutions that drive measurable business results.
This is a hands-on strategic position suited to someone who enjoys balancing client leadership, technical expertise and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading SEO strategy and delivery across a large enterprise client account.
- Acting as the senior day-to-day client contact, building trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Managing technical SEO, content optimisation, link strategy and performance analysis.
- Presenting recommendations, insights and performance updates to clients with confidence.
- Collaborating with Paid Search and wider digital teams to deliver integrated search strategies.
- Supporting, coaching and developing SEO Analysts and junior team members.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Staying ahead of industry developments, AI search trends and evolving SEO best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering successful SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, analytics and SEO platforms.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently manage complex workflows.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Understanding of how SEO works alongside PPC and broader digital marketing channels.
Bonus Points For
- Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated sectors.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AI-driven search developments.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience with enterprise SEO management platforms and workflow tools.
