VP of Publisher Development/Publisher Sales, Mobile Ad Tech – $150,000 – 200,000 base + 20% bonus.

The Company
This company is making a massive growth push in one of the most exciting spaces in Ad Tech, Mobile. They are diversifying their offering to become more cross-channel in their DSP offering which serves both supply and demand side.
After launching in Europe just 10 years ago, they launched in the US in the past couple of years and have seen serious growth. They already work with a lot of the major publisher in the space and are now looking for a US based leader to build on their existing success.
This role is to be the US based Publisher Sales leader, with the view to grow a team and department in a free standing capacity, independent of their European office.
They’re looking for someone mature in the industry who is independent and has considerable Publisher Contacts, and ideally with Mobile and In App experience.
The Role
As a VP of Publisher Sales, you will:
Selling the company’s core product to bring on more Publishers across the whole of the US and South American markets
Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
Nuture the existing Premium publishers they have to expand
Be the tech expert in the sale and show your extensive market knowledge to educate clients
Be pivotal to hiring and growing a team in the US
Pitching to and meeting with Tier 1 Publishers to connect them with your SSP
Attending various trade shows and events
You
You are a leader in the space, with considerable experience
Ambitious and driven self-starter with great contacts in the Supply space ideally
Ideally some Programmatic knowledge
Mobile/InApp knowledge
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
Ideally some management experience
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
You can either come from an Ad Tech or Publisher background
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
