Charlotte is Sphere’s Operations Director, overseeing the systems, processes and financial operations that keep the business running smoothly. Having joined as Sphere’s first Administrative Assistant, she progressed through credit control and finance to become Financial Controller before stepping into her current role. Her deep understanding of the business and the Sphere way of working makes her central to its continued growth.
