Freelance Influencer / Creator Specialist

We’re working with a leading creative communications agency looking for an experienced Influencer / Creator Specialist to support a number of live client projects.
This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who knows the creator landscape inside out and can confidently manage partnerships from initial sourcing through to campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify relevant creators and influencers against campaign briefs
- Lead creator outreach and manage talent/agent relationships
- Negotiate fees, deliverables and usage rights
- Manage contracting and campaign documentation
- Brief creators and oversee content development and approvals
- Manage multiple creator partnerships and campaigns simultaneously
- Keep campaigns on track across timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Support reporting and campaign wrap-ups
Experience required
- Strong hands-on influencer / creator marketing experience
- Experience managing creator partnerships end-to-end
- Confident across sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing and delivery
- Agency experience would be highly beneficial
- Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start ASAP
