Group Product Manager, Growth | Fintech
Cyprus (office-based, 3 days a week) or fully remote within Eastern Europe
Please note, you will need to have a trading background.
We’re looking for a hands-on product leader to take ownership of the Growth team, support and develop its Product Managers, and drive measurable improvements across onboarding and payments.
This isn’t just about managing delivery or keeping roadmaps on track. You’ll be focused on building better products through customer insight, data and experimentation, while bringing strong leadership, pace and accountability to the team.
A bit about the role
- Setting the direction and priorities for Growth, rather than managing separate product backlogs.
- Supporting and developing the Product Managers, with clear expectations and regular feedback.
- Raising the bar for product management through better discovery, stronger use of data and more structured experimentation.
- Making sure the team measures whether new features and changes actually deliver the intended results, not just whether they launch.
- Bringing energy and ownership, spotting problems early and challenging ideas when the evidence doesn’t stack up.
A bit about you
- Own the Growth team’s strategy, priorities and key outcomes.
- Challenge product decisions and make sure they’re backed by customer insight and data.
- Encourage a test-and-learn approach, validating ideas before committing significant engineering time.
- Set clear success measures before launch and review performance afterwards.
- Oversee the Payments area, including deposits and withdrawals, payment providers, routing, payment success rates and risk considerations.
- Work closely with the VP of Product, taking ownership of decisions and helping shape the wider product direction.
