We’re looking for a TikTok & Partner Marketing Lead to join a fast-growing, founder-led business.
You’ll lead a small team focused on driving views and revenue through creators, affiliates and partners, while growing affiliate programmes across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube. You’ll build and manage creator, influencer and ambassador partnerships, test new ideas and partnership opportunities, and put processes and playbooks in place to help scale what works.
A bit about the role
- Manage and grow the TikTok Shop affiliate programme, working with creators and affiliates to drive sales.
- Own creator acquisition, onboarding, engagement and ongoing relationship management.
- Identify new creators, partnership opportunities and ways to grow the TikTok Shop channel.
- Monitor performance and use data to understand what is working and where there are opportunities to improve.
- Test new approaches to creator partnerships, affiliate activity and social commerce.
- Help build scalable processes and playbooks for TikTok Shop and creator partnerships.
A bit about you
- Proven experience managing and growing TikTok Shop affiliate or creator programmes.
- Experience managing teams.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to understand performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- A hands-on approach and someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within DTC, eCommerce, consumer brands or a social-first business would be ideal.
