Founded in Zurich in 2021 by Manuel Grenacher and Andreas Hauri, Unique AI is a venture-backed B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to augment client-facing teams in financial services, automating tasks like call summaries and CRM updates. The company has grown quickly, raising a $30m Series A round in early 2025 led by CommerzVentures and DN Capital, bringing its total funding to $53m since inception, with its platform now deployed by blue-chip financial institutions managing more than $2.3 trillion in assets, including Pictet Group, UBP, LGT Private Banking, and SIX. Looking ahead, Unique AI plans to use the new funding to accelerate global expansion and deepen its agentic AI capabilities for clients.

Unique AI were looking to find a recruitment partner who can find and secure hard to reach talent in Europe and North America. They engaged with Sphere to secure Enterprise Sellers in and Engineers
Unique initially partnered with Sphere as a multiagency partner. Following Sphere’s delivery of Enterprise AE’s and Engineers in the UK, Unique entered in to a exclusive partnership in the UK and operate with Sphere’s North American team.
