Full Stack Engineer – London (Hybrid)
Full Stack Engineer wanted for a fast-growing technology business building sophisticated data and software products for the global advertising industry.
A rapidly scaling AdTech business is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help build a new suite of planning and forecasting products. You will work across the full technology stack, building intuitive user experiences alongside the APIs, backend services and data capabilities that power them.
This is a product-focused engineering role where you will be involved throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding user problems and shaping solutions through to architecture, development and production.
You will be joining at an early stage of a new product area, giving you significant ownership and the opportunity to influence both the technical direction and overall product experience.
The role is London-based with a flexible hybrid setup.
The role:
* Design and build end-to-end product capabilities across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs and data-rich applications
* Develop intuitive tools that allow users to work with complex datasets, configure plans, compare scenarios and understand projected outcomes
* Work closely with Product, Design, Data Science and Commercial teams to understand user problems and shape the right technical solutions
* Build reusable components and scalable services that can support multiple products and complex user journeys
* Contribute to architecture, testing, observability and deployment while taking ownership of the quality of software reaching production
You:
* Have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong full-stack development skills and experience building production software
* Have experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks alongside backend development using Scala, Python or similar languages
* Are experienced designing APIs and connecting frontend applications with complex, data-rich backend services
* Have a strong product mindset and enjoy thinking about user experience and commercial requirements alongside technical implementation
* Have experience building and operating cloud-based applications, ideally within AWS, and are comfortable working in an evolving product environment
