Sphere has partnered with multiple agencies within the Supergroup and Blue14 ecosystem, supporting talent acquisition across businesses including Pattrns, Aray Social, Vagabond, ConversionWise, and others.

As the group expanded, Supergroup required a partner who could:

Support hiring across different regions, including South Africa

Deliver both leadership and team hires
