CRM Support Specialist – Retail – 3 Month Contract – London (Hybrid)
A global retail business are looking for a CRM specialist to support the team during the upcoming busy period (Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Christmas etc). You will be responsible for overseeing app/email marketing messaging for the business, driving customer loyalty and retention across UK and EU markets.
Due to the time of the year, this will be a fast paced role so strong organisation and project management skills are vital. You will sit as part of a wider digital team so an understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape will be beneficial. This role is to start ASAP and will run into the new year initially.
The Job

Create, review, and dispatch multi-channel promotional messages across international markets to drive user engagement.

Oversee message scheduling, quality assurance, and high-frequency dispatch during major seasonal shopping events.

Refresh visual media, copy, and modular layout elements within automated customer journey touch points.

Support daily department tasks, including code generation, agile content coordination, and resolving customer inquiry escalations.

Compile ongoing cross-channel analytics reports and evaluate response metrics.
You

Able to absorb complex processes and deliver results quickly in a fast paced environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Comfortable with Google Analytics.

Knowledge of direct-to-consumer messaging strategies, user retention principles, and channel metrics.

Understanding of Asana or other project management tools.
