We are keen to connect with freelancers who have:

Strong agency or in-house experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer retention and loyalty

Experience developing and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and other customer engagement channels

Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Iterable or Dotdigital

A proven track record of improving customer engagement, retention, conversion rates and lifetime value

Experience with customer segmentation, personalisation, marketing automation and lifecycle journey optimisation

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer data to drive improvements

Experience managing CRM campaigns, stakeholder relationships and multiple projects simultaneously
Day rates typically range from £250 to £450, depending on experience and project requirements.
