£28,000-£38,000 DOE | Permanent role but there is a chance to start in a Temp-to-Perm basis
Predominantly Remote – the have an office in London but the whole team works mostly remote, as there are “on shoot days”

We’re working with a small, ambitious independent production company with a growing presence across London. Working across film, TV, animation, unscripted and branded content, the business has seen significant growth across its branded content offering over the last year and is now looking for a Junior Producer / Production Coordinator to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to take real ownership, work closely with clients and agencies, and become a key part of a growing production business.
The Role
The branded content side of the business is producing a high volume of content every week, with several new clients and ongoing retainers coming on board.
As a Junior Producer / Production Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of the delivery process, working between clients, agencies, creative teams, editors and production to make sure projects keep moving and everyone knows what needs to happen next.
This is not a purely creative production role. It’s a highly organised, operational and project-focused position where you’ll be responsible for keeping multiple workstreams on track.
You’ll be the person who can come out of a meeting and confidently say:
“We agreed this and this – you can take X, I’ll pick up Y, and we need Z by Friday.”
You’ll also have the opportunity to help improve processes and introduce greater structure as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities

Set up meetings, prepare agendas and coordinate attendees.

Attend regular client and internal meetings.

Take clear meeting notes and manage actions and follow-ups.

Track deliverables, deadlines, links and outstanding actions.

Coordinate workflows across clients, agencies, creative teams and production.

Manage and coordinate editors throughout the content delivery process.

Ensure content is progressing and delivered on time.

Keep senior stakeholders updated on project progress.

Follow up proactively with internal teams, clients and external partners.

Provide regular status updates, including end-of-day updates where required.

Help manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.

Identify potential issues before they become problems.

Help introduce better systems, processes and ways of working.

Take increasing ownership of projects and client relationships as you develop.
About You

You’ll ideally have experience working with digital content, social, YouTube, agencies, branded content or post-production workflows.
Traditional film/TV production experience can be relevant, but we’re particularly interested in people who understand the pace and workflow of digital content delivery and client-led projects.
The Opportunity
This is a role where you’ll be trusted with genuine responsibility. The aim is for the successful person to start taking increasing ownership within their first couple of months and become an important part of the day-to-day running of the business.
You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Creative Director and senior production team, receiving support and training while being given plenty of scope to develop.
The company is looking for someone interested in building a long-term relationship with the business – someone who can grow with them, take ownership of client relationships and develop their career as the company continues to expand.
What’s on Offer?

£28,000-£38,000 depending on experience (maybe a bit of flex above £38k if someone was a bit more experienced- they are open minded)
