Project Manager – Media & Publishing

3-month contract | Outside IR35 | £350-£400 per day | Hybrid | London

We’re working with one of the UK’s leading media owners/publishers, with an incredible portfolio of household-name titles, to find an experienced Project Manager to join the team on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows the publishing world inside out and enjoys working across multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.

The role

You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with editorial, commercial, creative, production and wider internal teams to make sure everything lands on time, on budget and to the required standard.

You’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders aligned, spotting risks early and bringing structure to busy, often fast-moving campaigns and initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid Project Management experience within publishing/media – this is essential
• Has managed projects from brief through to successful delivery
• Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Is confident managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Can work effectively across editorial, commercial, creative and production teams
• Is commercially aware, proactive and confident pushing projects forward
• Communicates brilliantly and isn’t afraid to challenge when needed
• Can hit the ground running in a busy publishing environment
