The Company
My client is a commerce media specialist helping consumer brands turn retailer and marketplace media into measurable growth. Their remote-first US trading team activates campaigns across retail media networks and the open web, tied directly to sales outcomes.
They are hiring a Programmatic Trader, based in New York and working remotely, to trade retail and commerce campaigns for a portfolio of national consumer brands.
The Role
As a Programmatic Trader you will be:
Activating and optimising campaigns across retail media networks and programmatic platforms
Using shopper and purchase data to build audience strategies that drive sales
Optimising towards return on ad spend, new-to-brand and incrementality goals
Managing budgets and pacing across always-on and seasonal retail campaigns
Partnering with account teams on test-and-learn plans for new products and promotions
Reporting performance with clear insight on what is driving commercial results
You
2+ years of programmatic or retail media trading experience
Hands-on experience with retail media or commerce platforms is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
Understanding of closed-loop measurement, incrementality and shopper audiences
Self-motivated and organised, thriving in a remote-first team
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
