The Company
My client is a retail media and commerce platform helping consumer brands invest across retailer websites, apps and off-site media with closed-loop sales measurement. Their US business is expanding quickly as retail media becomes a core line in brand media plans.
They are hiring a Sales Director in Boston to lead brand and agency sales across the Northeast, with a focus on consumer packaged goods, grocery and general merchandise advertisers.
The Role
As a Sales Director you will be:
Owning senior brand and agency relationships across the Northeast for retail media investment
Selling sponsored, display and off-site commerce media solutions tied to sales outcomes
Building joint business plans with major advertisers and their agency partners
Leading complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder sales processes
Partnering with retailer, product and measurement teams on proposals and growth plans
Representing the business at industry events and building its profile in the region
You
5+ years in media, retail media, commerce or ad tech sales
Strong network of brand and agency contacts in the Northeast
Proven record of closing and growing large advertising partnerships
Understanding of shopper data, closed-loop measurement and return on ad spend
Strategic, entrepreneurial seller who thrives in a scaling business
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
