The Company
My client is a digital out of home advertising platform connecting brands with audiences across billboards, transit screens, retail displays and place-based media throughout the United States. Their programmatic DOOH marketplace has grown quickly as buyers look for flexible, measurable ways to reach people in the real world.
They are hiring an Account Manager in New York to run a portfolio of agency and brand accounts buying programmatic DOOH, from first campaign planning through to renewal and growth.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will be:
Owning the day-to-day relationship for a book of agency and brand advertisers running DOOH campaigns
Building place-based media plans around locations, audiences, dayparts and moments that matter to each client
Working with trading and operations teams to launch campaigns, manage pacing and protect delivery across screen networks
Reporting on impressions, reach, footfall and brand lift, and turning the results into clear recommendations
Spotting opportunities to grow accounts into new cities, formats and programmatic buying routes
Leading regular performance reviews and planning sessions with agency partners
You
2+ years in account management within DOOH, OOH, programmatic or digital media
Understanding of programmatic DOOH buying, location data and place-based targeting
Commercially minded, with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts
Confident presenter who can explain media performance in plain, persuasive language
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing several live campaigns at once
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
