The Company
My client is a social and video advertising platform that helps brands plan, buy and measure campaigns across the major social and online video channels from one place. Their Southeast business has expanded steadily, with Atlanta agencies and regional brands driving much of the growth.
They are hiring an Account Manager in Atlanta to manage a portfolio of agency and brand accounts and help clients get more from every social and video campaign.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will be:
Owning day-to-day relationships with a book of agency and brand advertisers across social and online video
Building campaign strategies that balance reach, engagement and performance against each client’s goals
Monitoring performance across platforms and optimising campaigns in-flight to hit delivery and outcome targets
Leading campaign reviews and presenting insights and recommendations that keep clients spending and growing
Working with platform partners and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and improve campaign outcomes
Identifying growth opportunities within your accounts and supporting pitches for new formats and budgets
You
2+ years in account management within social, video, programmatic or digital media
Hands-on familiarity with the major social and video platforms and their advertising formats
Data-driven mindset, confident analysing results and turning them into clear next steps
Strong relationship skills with agencies and brands, and the confidence to challenge and advise
Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple live campaigns
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
