The Company
My client is a mobile advertising platform helping app developers monetise their audiences and helping brands reach people in the apps they use every day. Their Boston operations team supports gaming, entertainment and lifestyle apps across the United States.
They are hiring an Ad Operations Manager to own in-app campaign delivery and the technical relationships with app publisher partners.
The Role
As an Ad Operations Manager you will be:
Managing end-to-end delivery of in-app campaigns across mobile ad serving and mediation platforms
Onboarding new app publishers and managing SDK integrations, testing and certification
Monitoring fill, eCPM, latency and delivery health across the app portfolio
Investigating discrepancies between ad servers, mediation partners and measurement platforms
Working with product and engineering teams on ad quality, formats and new monetisation features
Building reporting that gives commercial teams a clear view of app performance and revenue
You
3+ years in ad operations or mobile monetisation, with in-app experience strongly preferred
Understanding of mobile SDKs, mediation, rewarded video and interstitial formats
Familiarity with SKAdNetwork, AppTrackingTransparency and mobile attribution basics
Technical mindset, comfortable reading logs and working with engineering teams
Highly organised, analytical and meticulous about detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
