The Company
My client is a premium digital publisher group whose sites reach technology, business and consumer audiences across the United States. Their San Francisco ad operations team manages a sophisticated mix of direct campaigns, programmatic guaranteed deals and private marketplace activity.
They are hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to own programmatic guaranteed delivery and keep premium campaigns running flawlessly.
The Role
As an Ad Operations Specialist you will be:
Trafficking and managing programmatic guaranteed and PMP campaigns in Google Ad Manager
Setting up deals, line items and targeting, and monitoring delivery against guaranteed commitments
Owning QA for creatives, tags, pixels and third-party tracking before campaigns go live
Investigating and resolving pacing, discrepancy and delivery issues in real time
Working with sales, yield and account teams on forecasts, availability and make-goods
Producing clear delivery reporting for internal teams and advertising clients
You
2+ years in ad operations or campaign management, ideally publisher side
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ad Manager, with programmatic guaranteed experience a strong plus
Understanding of PMPs, deal IDs, header bidding and SSP platforms
Familiarity with viewability, brand safety and discrepancy investigation
Meticulous attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach to problem solving
Strong Excel and communication skills
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
