The Company
My client is a data-driven media agency whose programmatic team plans and buys social, video and display campaigns for technology, finance and direct-to-consumer brands. Their San Francisco hub is known for rigorous testing and honest, insight-led reporting.
They are hiring a Programmatic Trader to run social and video-led programmatic campaigns end to end for a portfolio of West Coast clients.
The Role
As a Programmatic Trader you will be:
Building, launching and optimising campaigns across video, display and paid social inventory in leading buying platforms
Managing budgets, pacing and bid strategies across a portfolio of client accounts
Building structured testing plans for audiences, creative formats and placements
Analysing performance and presenting clear insight and next steps to clients
Working with creative and strategy teams on video formats, sequencing and landing experiences
Troubleshooting delivery, brand safety and measurement issues with platform partners
You
2+ years of hands-on programmatic trading experience (agency, brand or ad tech)
Working knowledge of major DSPs and paid social buying platforms
Strong Excel skills and a genuine enjoyment of data and detail
Understanding of video measurement, viewability and audience targeting
Clear communicator who can explain trading decisions in plain language
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
