The Company
My client is a digital audio advertising platform helping brands reach listeners across podcasts, streaming audio and smart speakers. With podcast advertising now a core line on media plans, their West Coast team works with entertainment, technology and consumer brands on campaigns that audiences actually hear.
They are hiring a Senior Account Manager in Los Angeles to own a portfolio of strategic audio advertisers and lead the client relationship from brief to renewal.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager you will be:
Owning senior relationships with a book of agency and brand advertisers across podcast and streaming audio
Planning host-read, produced and programmatic audio campaigns that match shows and audiences to brand goals
Advising clients on measurement, including brand lift, attribution and conversion studies
Partnering with sales, planning and operations teams to deliver campaigns that launch on time and perform
Building growth plans for your accounts across new shows, formats and seasonal moments
Mentoring junior account managers and setting the standard for client service on the West Coast team
You
3+ years in account management within audio, podcasting, radio, programmatic or digital media
A genuine passion for podcasts and the wider audio landscape
Understanding of audio measurement, attribution and brand safety for podcasts
Commercially sharp, comfortable owning retention and growth targets for a book of business
Polished communication and presentation skills with senior clients
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
