The Company
My client is a well-established supply-side platform working with premium publishers and the largest demand partners in programmatic. Their West Coast team manages relationships with entertainment, news and lifestyle publishers whose inventory reaches hundreds of millions of users.
They are hiring a Senior Account Manager in Los Angeles to lead a portfolio of strategic publisher accounts and mentor junior members of the team.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager you will be:
The senior commercial owner for a portfolio of premium publisher accounts on the West Coast
Growing publisher revenue through header bidding, private marketplaces and programmatic guaranteed deals
Advising publishers on floor pricing, demand strategy and new ad formats including CTV and video
Analysing yield, fill and bid data, and presenting insight-led recommendations
Leading business reviews with publisher executives and internal product and engineering teams
Supporting new publisher onboarding and complex integrations with the technical team
You
3+ years in programmatic account management, ideally on the sell side (SSP, publisher or ad network)
Strong understanding of RTB, header bidding, private marketplaces and deal mechanics
Analytical and comfortable turning auction and yield data into a clear story
Senior relationship skills, with experience managing executive stakeholders
A mentor mindset and the organisation to run a strategic book of business
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
