The Company
My client is a national media agency whose connected TV practice has become its fastest-growing team. From their Chicago hub they plan and buy streaming campaigns for retail, travel, finance and entertainment brands across the United States.
They are hiring a Senior Programmatic Trader to lead CTV and streaming activation for key accounts and to set the trading standard for the wider team.
The Role
As a Senior Programmatic Trader you will be:
Leading CTV and streaming campaign activation across leading DSPs and premium publishers
Building private marketplace and programmatic guaranteed deals for live and on-demand inventory
Optimising towards reach, frequency, completion and business outcome goals
Managing senior client conversations on strategy, performance and testing roadmaps
Mentoring junior traders and improving workflows, checklists and best practice
Evaluating new streaming partners, formats and measurement approaches for the agency
You
3+ years of programmatic trading experience, with deep CTV or video expertise
Expert hands-on knowledge of at least one major DSP
Strong understanding of CTV measurement, frequency management and identity
Analytical leader who stays calm under pressure at major campaign moments
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
