The Company
My client is a healthcare media specialist helping pharmaceutical, biotech and health brands reach patients and healthcare professionals through compliant programmatic advertising. Boston is a centre for life sciences, and their trading team sits close to the clients and partners driving the category forward.
They are hiring a Senior Programmatic Trader to lead trading on major healthcare accounts, where precision, compliance and performance all matter equally.
The Role
As a Senior Programmatic Trader you will be:
Leading campaign strategy, set-up and optimisation across The Trade Desk, DV360 and specialist healthcare platforms
Managing budgets and performance for the team’s largest and most complex healthcare accounts
Building compliant audience strategies using privacy-safe data and contextual targeting
Working within strict regulatory and brand safety standards, including medical and legal review requirements
Presenting performance insight and recommendations directly to senior clients
Mentoring junior traders and raising the technical standard of the Boston desk
You
3+ years of hands-on programmatic trading experience, ideally with healthcare or regulated-category exposure
Expert working knowledge of The Trade Desk and/or DV360
Understanding of privacy, consent and compliance in healthcare advertising
A track record of hitting demanding performance KPIs at scale
Confident communicator who enjoys client-facing responsibility
Highly organised, analytical and detail-obsessed
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
