Agency – Hybrid Working Model
The Job
- Set a joined-up SEO and AEO strategy across technical, content, authority and AI-search visibility, ensuring activity is connected to client priorities and commercial outcomes.
- Translate broad business objectives and stakeholder requests into a prioritised roadmap with clear KPIs, forecasts, owners, deadlines and expected value.
- Lead performance reviews and strategic presentations, turning data into a concise story: what changed, why it matters, what should happen next and where investment should move.
- Shape the client’s AEO approach, including how LLMs retrieve, cite and interpret content, and convert prompt, citation, visibility and sentiment data into practical recommendations.
- Use data and forecasting to identify opportunities, diagnose performance and demonstrate commercial impact.
You
- At least 6 years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency, including experience leading enterprise or global accounts and managing complex stakeholder groups.
- Proven Account Director-level client leadership, with the confidence to challenge constructively, make decisions and present recommendations to senior technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong strategic knowledge of SEO and AEO, including an informed understanding of AI search, LLM retrieval, citations, content discoverability and how the measurement landscape is evolving.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and build a persuasive commercial case for action.
- Strong programme and project-management discipline, without relying on process as a substitute for strategic or technical expertise.
