The Company
My client is a demand-side platform built for performance advertisers, giving growth-stage and enterprise brands powerful self-serve buying tools across the open web, CTV and retail media. Their West Coast client success team supports some of their fastest-growing accounts.
They are hiring an Account Manager in San Francisco to help DSP clients get more from the platform – better performance, smarter strategies and bigger budgets.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will be:
Owning post-sale success for a portfolio of self-serve and managed DSP advertisers
Building campaign strategies across audience targeting, bidding, creative and measurement
Running onboarding, training and platform enablement for new client teams
Monitoring performance and proactively recommending optimisations that hit client KPIs
Partnering with product and engineering on feature requests from your accounts
Driving renewals, upsell and expansion across your book of business
You
2+ years in programmatic account management, client success or trading (DSP side ideal)
Hands-on familiarity with DSP platforms and how campaigns are built and optimised
Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and storytelling skills
Excellent stakeholder management across marketing, media and analytics teams
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, product-led business
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
