The Company
My client is one of the most exciting CTV advertising businesses in the US, connecting premium streaming inventory with the brands reshaping how television gets bought. Their West Coast team works with the biggest technology, entertainment and DTC advertisers in the market.
They are hiring a Sales Director in San Francisco to own and grow a portfolio of strategic West Coast accounts.
The Role
As a Sales Director you will be:
Owning senior relationships with major brands and agency holding companies on the West Coast
Selling CTV and streaming solutions across upfront, scatter and programmatic buying routes
Building account plans that grow revenue across formats, data and measurement products
Leading pitches and negotiations with senior investment and marketing stakeholders
Partnering with account management, product and marketing on joined-up client solutions
Forecasting accurately and representing the business in the West Coast media market
You
5+ years of media sales experience, with CTV, video or programmatic success to point to
Deep relationships with West Coast agencies and brand advertisers
Track record of winning and growing seven-figure accounts
Strategic, consultative approach with strong commercial instincts
Confident presenter and negotiator at the most senior level
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
