Account Manager – Programmatic (SSP), New York – Programmatic Ad Tech – $85,000 – $115,000 base + bonus + benefits.

The Company
My client is one of the leading independent SSPs in the market, working with premium publishers across North America and Europe.
Their exchange handles billions of auctions every day, and they have built a reputation for transparency, quality inventory and genuine partnership with both the buy and sell side.
They are growing their US account management team off the back of a record year, and this role will manage a portfolio of agency holding company accounts across the East Coast.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will be:
The day-to-day commercial and strategic contact for a book of programmatic agency accounts
Growing revenue across open exchange, PMP and programmatic guaranteed deals
Running QBRs, sharing insights on win rates, bid density and supply path optimisation
Working with the product and yield teams to troubleshoot delivery, discrepancy and integration issues
Identifying upsell opportunities across the client’s curation, CTV and identity products
Building senior relationships with agency investment and programmatic teams
You
2+ years in programmatic account management, ideally on the sell side (SSP, publisher, ad network)
Strong understanding of RTB, header bidding, PMPs and deal mechanics
Comfortable with data – Excel, reporting dashboards and turning numbers into a story
Excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
Ambitious, organised and hungry to grow a book of business
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
