The Company
My client is a performance-focused programmatic trading desk within a leading independent agency group, managing significant media investment across programmatic display, video, CTV and retail media for ambitious brands.
They are hiring a Programmatic Trader in San Francisco to own campaign execution and optimisation for a portfolio of performance accounts.
The Role
As a Programmatic Trader you will be:
Building, launching and optimising programmatic campaigns across DV360, The Trade Desk and other DSPs
Managing budgets, pacing and performance against CPA, ROAS and growth targets
Testing audiences, creatives, inventory and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement
Producing clear, insight-led reporting for clients and internal stakeholders
Working with account teams to translate client goals into media strategy
Contributing to a culture of experimentation and best-practice sharing
You
1-2+ years of hands-on programmatic trading experience (agency or in-house)
Strong working knowledge of at least one major DSP (DV360 or TTD preferred)
Analytical mindset with confidence in Excel and data visualisation
Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution
Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns
Genuine passion for digital media and ad tech
