The Company
My client is a video and CTV advertising platform working with streaming publishers and entertainment brands on the West Coast. Their operations team is responsible for flawless delivery across some of the most-watched streaming inventory in the US.
They are hiring a Senior Ad Operations Specialist in Los Angeles to own video campaign delivery and technical partner integrations.
The Role
As a Senior Ad Operations Specialist you will be:
Trafficking and managing CTV and online video campaigns across ad servers and SSP platforms
Owning VAST and VPAID QA, creative transcoding checks and third-party tag troubleshooting
Monitoring delivery, pacing and frequency across live streaming campaigns
Working with publisher partners on integrations, testing and certification
Investigating discrepancies between ad servers, SSPs and measurement partners
Producing delivery reporting and post-campaign analysis for commercial teams
You
3+ years in ad operations, ideally with video or CTV campaign experience
Hands-on experience with video ad servers and VAST-based delivery
Understanding of SSAI, ad stitching and streaming measurement basics
Technical mindset, comfortable digging into tags, logs and network calls
Meticulous, organised and steady under live-campaign pressure
Strong Excel and communication skills
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
