The Company
My client is a programmatic advertising platform that helps national brands and their agencies buy media across display, video, CTV and audio from one place. Their Southeast team is growing quickly, and Atlanta is now one of their most important US hubs.
They are hiring a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of agency and brand partnerships across the Southeast, with real ownership of revenue, retention and growth.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager you will be:
The senior day-to-day contact for a book of agency holding company and brand-direct accounts
Building joint business plans that grow spend across open exchange, PMP and programmatic guaranteed deals
Leading QBRs and performance reviews with senior agency investment and programmatic stakeholders
Partnering with traders and product teams to solve delivery, measurement and integration challenges
Spotting whitespace in your accounts and building the commercial case for new products and channels
Mentoring junior account managers and setting the standard for client service in the Atlanta hub
You
3+ years in programmatic account management, ideally with agency partnership experience
Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, deal mechanics and supply path optimisation
Commercially sharp – comfortable owning a number and forecasting a book of business
Confident presenter who can hold a room of senior stakeholders
Analytical, organised and proactive, with strong Excel and reporting skills
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
