Want to work for Europe's leading building and home trades marketplace, supporting the existing customer base as a trusted customer advisor and platform expert, helping to constantly improve users' experience of the platform? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team led by a team leader, all working towards a common goal: supporting our customers and making them successful on our platform. You will undertake tasks both independently and collaboratively with other departments, balancing home office and shared office days to ensure regular interaction and a pleasant work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to support our customers in using our platform
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, e-mail, contact form)
  • Manage and validate customer inquiries via Salesforce, adhering to targets, guidelines, and deadlines set by your team leader
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes
  • Ensure transparency about your daily work to your team leader

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and procedures (Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous)
  • Proficiency with computers (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • English proficiency at least at B2 level
