Working to a fixed monthly fee for unlimited hires your internal recruiter will have full access to Sphere’s extensive network of candidates: digital, marketing, data, sales and creative candidates. Your embedded onsite talent partner will also resource candidates exclusively for your business.
Your internal recruiter will have a LinkedIn recruiter license and access to all of the major job boards, reducing your recruitment ad spend to zero.
