Senior Manager, Paid Social – COMPETITIVE SALARY – Barcelona/Europe Remote

Sphere have recently partnered with a high growth tech companies who are huge in the Ed-Tech industry. They are expanding exponentially, with users in over 200+ countries worldwide and over €100million in funding... clearly on route to unicorn status! 🚀

Responsibilities:

• Run lead and all Paid Social and App Marketing efforts for the company, on a global scale.
• Implement strategies for Paid Social and Display efforts for user acquisition and new subscribers.
• Manage a growing team of Paid Social, Display and App Marketing experts.
• Oversee all acquisition efforts on an international scale, coordinating with all key stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Essential experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in performance marketing, especially with focus on Paid Social, Display and App marketing
• Strong market knowledge in consumer B2C landscapes, especially from a high growth tech start-up.
• Have at least 3 years experience in people management.
• Clear communicator with strong analytical skills, understanding key metrics and trends.
• Fluency in English
