Senior Programmatic Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a Global leading marketing and communications group as a Senior Programmatic Manager in their Frankfurt office. You'll lead the creation, management, and optimisation of paid search and SEO strategies, driving impactful marketing campaigns for world-renowned automotive brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop long-term media strategies with local publishers and media sales-houses.
• Set up and negotiate PMP and supply deals for campaign delivery.
• Manage publisher whitelists/blacklists and monitor performance KPIs.
• Provide site and placement recommendations, and optimize media-buying volumes.
• Troubleshoot supply-side media issues and ensure campaign optimization via DSPs.
• Create cross-channel digital strategies from branding to retargeting.
• Collaborate with account management, ad operations, and analytics teams.
• Maintain relationships with publishers, data providers, and technology vendors.
• Develop best practices and generate insights for optimization.
• Onboard new colleagues and mentor juniors.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Media Management, Economics, or IT.
• Fluent in English and German with strong communication and presentation skills.
• At least five years of experience in setting up and optimizing DSP campaigns.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong understanding of real-time bidding, audience management, and full funnel strategies.
• Analytical skills to communicate complex issues and KPIs.
• Technical affinity and willingness to learn new tools and trends in Martech.
