What is a Graduate group assessment day?

There are a number of benefits to hosting group assessments, in particular it saves you a lot of time and you have a number of graduate options to choose from.

Assessment days give you the opportunity to interview multiple candidates at once and assess their skills and behaviours all while saving you time and resource. 

We design the group and activities around you and your business. Typically lasting around 3-4 hours, the format, what you want to include and what you ultimately want to achieve from the assessment is up to you!
