Why do we do it?

With over 1,800 data records used, 2019's report gave us incredible insight into the salaries and bonuses across our core digital specialisms.

It also gave us a deep understanding of a number of issues across digital, including the reasons why people chose to quit, how they found their role and which benefits are important to them.
