About the Role
We are partnering with a leading integrated communications agency to hire an experienced Influence Director to lead high-profile influencer campaigns across major consumer brands.
This is a senior role within the PR & Influence team, responsible for shaping and delivering strategic, multi-market influencer programmes that drive measurable impact. You will operate as a senior client advisor, leading complex projects while mentoring and inspiring internal teams.
This opportunity would suit someone confident operating at scale, comfortable providing senior counsel, and experienced in managing integrated, cross-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale influencer campaigns (strategy through to reporting)
Define and design influencer strategy including objectives, audience targeting, activation plans, timelines and budgets
Oversee identification, negotiation and management of talent partnerships
Provide senior counsel to clients, advising on cultural shifts, platform developments and industry trends
Collaborate across PR, social, media, digital and brand activation teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Lead creative development and sell-in of influencer-led ideas
Manage and mentor managers and executives within the team
Act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to new business pitches, market reviews and competitive analysis
Support thought leadership and development of the agency's influencer proposition
What We're Looking For
Proven experience operating at Account Director / Director level within influencer marketing
Strong strategic understanding of influence within an integrated marketing ecosystem
Experience delivering large, multi-market campaigns
Confident senior client handler with strong presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills across complex matrix organisations
Deep understanding of cultural and social trends
Demonstrable ability to lead and inspire teams
Creative problem-solver with the ability to approach briefs from multiple angles
Working Environment
